Dear Partner,

We are pleased to share with you our first issue of Intelitek’s newsletter for 2005. In 2004, we continued to work diligently on our multi-tier approach to integrating distance learning, simulations, and labs. We are now able to offer our customers hundreds of hours of e-learning in diverse subjects, augmented by a powerful management system. In addition, we have fully integrated our software simulation tools and labs making Intelitek's offerings unique and attractive to diverse educational environments. We will continue adding to and improving our learning tools in 2005.

On a different note, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ebba Tate who has left us after many years of dedicated work at Intelitek. We have all appreciated her work very much. Ms. Shifra Bernfeld has replaced her and on behalf of all of us I wish her much success.

Happy New Year.

Uri Sela

Vice President Marketing and Sales
