Contacting Technical Support
First contact your local distributor should you require technical assistance. If you are unable to resolve your problem through your distributor, free Intelitek technical support is available by phone, fax or email.
When you call or write, make sure you give us the following information:
- The product serial number.
- The name of the registered owner of the product.
- The specification of your computer (e.g. hard drive size, CPU).
- Notes on any product error messages.
- When you call, make sure you have access to both your machine and your computer. This will allow our support & services representatives to walk through your problem with you.

Product Repair and Return (RMAs): Our products (excluding software) carry a limited warranty from date of purchase. Defective products may be returned for repair or replacement. If you need to return a product, contact Intelitek and a Technical Support representative will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You must write the RMA and your return address on the outside of the product carton or crate. Failure to do so can result in a delay in the return of your product.
